How can I order a product?
 
after you chose the dress that you want you can contact us on whatsapp to procced with the order placing 

Is the product I like available in your stock?
Some styles are ready in stock and some styles need to be produced. Once you choose the style and the size you prefer you can contact us in whatsapp  4-6 weeks if the dress is not in stock and need to be produced.
 
The size I want is not available now. How can I buy it?
For most of the styles If the size you want is not available in stock we still can produce it and deliver it within 4-6 weeks.
 
How can I choose my size?
All of our products are designed according to EU Sizes. You can check the size chart in the link bellow to make sure you choose the correct size.
 
How much is the shipping cost?
Tarik Ediz offers free world wide shipping to any areas around the world. No extra fees will be charged for the shipment.
 
When will my orders be delivered?
Usually it takes 2-3 days for shipments inside Turkey while it takes 4-10 days for the countries outside Turkey.
 
How can I track my orders?
After your orders are approved, an e-mail including an order tracking number will be send to you. By using this number, you can track your package.
 
Do you deliver packages on the weekends and official public holidays?
Packages can rarely be delivered on Saturdays. There is no delivery on Sundays and official public holidays.
